The private lift lobby
All 231 serviced apartments have a private lift lobby. The lobby is about 2 m wide for Types A and B and about 1.8 m for Type C, enough for a display cabinet, a pedestal and seating; for example, a family can keep a display cabinet and a bench by the door. The developer leaves space for an owner's grille, and points for a CCTV camera hidden in the ceiling and a ceiling fan. The main door from the lobby into the living room is 1.2 m × 2.4 m, with a clear opening of 1,100 mm.
Two lift lobbies, A and B, each have 4 lifts, and these lifts also run down to the car park. There is also a fire lift and two fire stairways. Every lift has a card reader. For example, a visitor cannot ride to your floor without your card.

Bathrooms other than the A and B master bathrooms have points for instant water heaters. Ceiling fans themselves are not supplied. For example, a Type A owner who wants a fan at every point would buy 6.
Built for living with older parents
Types A and B have an age-friendly bathroom; in Type A it is attached to the junior suite. It is about 2 m wide, has a ramped entry with only a 10 mm drop, and an 850 mm clear doorway that fits a home wheelchair. The bedroom beside it takes a king-size bed. For example, a grandparent can wheel from bed to shower without a step. Type C does not have this bathroom.
Kitchen, utility and storage
- The kitchen can be closed off, and the cooker hood can be ducted out to the air-con ledge; the developer leaves the opening.
- The utility space is about 2 m wide and can be closed off as a drying area, a store or a helper's room. A washer and dryer fit side by side.
- The air-con ledge is serviced from the yard and the bathrooms, so a technician does not need to go through the bedrooms.
- There is a storage wall in the living area, and every bedroom has room for a wardrobe at least 1.5 m long.
- Floors: 600 × 600 mm porcelain tiles in living and dining, vinyl in bedrooms, 300 × 600 mm porcelain in bathrooms.
For example, a family that fries often can close off the kitchen and duct the hood outside, keeping smells out of the living room.
Car parks and EV charging
Each home has at least 2 individual car parks; a limited number have 2 + 1 or 3. Extra bays cannot be bought. A bay is 5,000 × 2,500 mm with at least 2.1 m clear headroom, and there are 42 car park storage rooms for selected units. An EV charging hub with 11 bays is on the L1 car park floor. Entry has a security guard and card access. For example, a household with two cars, one of them electric, parks in its two bays and charges at the L1 hub.
Hackable walls on the top five floors
On selected units on the top five floors, the wall between two private lift lobbies can be opened, so close family members can live next to each other. For example, a couple buying next door to their parents could open the wall between the two lobbies.
What is not included

No furniture, no ceiling fans, no double glazing and no sauna. Budget for these yourself: a Type A owner fitting every fan point needs 6 fans, a Type B or C owner 5.
Still to be announced
The maintenance fee and the full list of common facilities. The facilities floor covers about 4,600 m². For example, a buyer comparing monthly costs should get the facilities plan and the fee in writing before signing.
